Partnered with local farmers like Cam Terry of Garden Variety Harvests, you'll learn the ins and outs of running an urban farm and selling produce at local markets. Cam will show you how to plan your growing area, the process from seed to harvest, and the steps to sell at the market. You'll also get to see some of the basics of running your own business, using data to set pricing, choosing what to grow, and how to update your strategy from season to season.
